Week 7 Lab Exercise: Card Sorting
Card sorting is a common exercise used in interaction design. It can be done by the design team, or it may involve working with user / participants while the design team observes. Card sorting enables designers or participants to sort, group and organize the content of a website or other interface in a way that makes sense to them, and more importantly, to the user. Typically, a number of cards are labeled with categories, sub-categories, and suggestions for content for the particpants to organize.
