My name is Misty and I am the Marketing Manager at Capital Stage, a professional theatre company in Midtown Sacramento.
Originally from Silicon Valley, I moved to Sacramento after graduating with my MFA in Motion Pictures & Television from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I am also a graduate of the The Meisner Technique Studio in San Francisco, and I received my BA in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University.
I have always had a love and admiration for design in all forms. My education and background experience primarily has been in theatre as an actor, director, scenic designer and scenic artist. After years of developing my skills as the Marketing Manager at Capital Stage, I realized that I want to develop my skills in Graphic Design and Web Development.
This website serves as my growing portfolio of projects, including photography, painting, and graphic design. It also serves as a platform through which I can share my experiences as I learn and grow as a designer.
